Aarti Surfactants Redeems ₹23.23 Cr NCRPS

Aarti Surfactants Ltd has completed the redemption of 10,82,387 Non-Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares (NCRPS) with a face value of ₹10 each. The redemption price was ₹167.70 per NCRPS, including a premium of ₹157.70. An annualized return of 4% on the redemption price was also paid for a period of seven years. The total redemption payment amounted to ₹23,23,40,864 (Gross). The redemption was due to maturity and was completed on the due date, August 5, 2026, leaving no outstanding amount.
