The meeting will be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) without a physical venue. The notice, along with the Annual Report for FY 2025-2026, is being disseminated electronically to shareholders whose email addresses are registered. For shareholders without registered emails, letters with a web link to the Annual Report are being sent. The Annual Report is also available on the company's website. The AGM notice is issued in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
