Varvee Global Ltd's board of directors, in a meeting held on September 21, 2026, approved the appointment of Mr. Mithleshkumar M Agraval as an Additional (Non-Executive and Non-Independent) Director, effective the same day. Concurrently, Mr. Nipun Vinodkumar Arora resigned from his position as Director due to other professional engagements and commitments, also effective September 21, 2026. The company also announced that an addendum to the notice for its 37th Annual General Meeting, scheduled for September 30, 2026, will be shared in due course.
