The meeting will consider and adopt the audited financial statement for the year ended March 31, 2025, and re-appoint Ms. Rekha M Jain as a director. Additionally, the company seeks approval for the appointment of M/s. A.K. JAIN & ASSOCIATES as the Secretarial Auditors for five consecutive financial years commencing from 2025-26 to 2029-30.
