Aastamangalam Finance Ltd Holds Successful AGM, Transacts Key Businesses

Aastamangalam Finance Ltd held its 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 26.09.2025 through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means (VC / OAVM). The meeting, chaired by Ms. Bhavika Jain, Director of the Company, transacted several key businesses. The Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 March, 2025 were adopted. Ms. Rekha M Jain, who retired by rotation, offered herself for reappointment and was appointed as a director. M/s. A.K. JAIN & ASSOCIATES were appointed as Secretarial Auditors of the Company. The Company had extended the e-Voting facility to the members in respect of the businesses to be transacted at the said Meeting. The meeting commenced at 3.05 P.M. and concluded at 3.25 P.M.
