Aastha Spintex: Director Resigns, New Auditor Appointed

Aastha Spintex Ltd announced a series of changes following a Board of Directors meeting held on August 25th, 2026. Mr. Anant Bharatbhai Bhatt resigned as Non-Executive Independent Director due to personal commitments. Concurrently, Mr. Utsav Himanshu Trivedi was appointed as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director, subject to shareholder approval. The company also appointed M/s. S N D K & Associates LLP as its new Statutory Auditor, replacing M/s. S N Shah & Associates. Additionally, M/s Utkarsh Shah & Co. was appointed as the Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term. The Board also decided to fix a record date for the payment of final dividend.
