TCC Concept Board Approves Financial Results and Merger Scheme

TCC Concept Limited announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on July 31, 2026. The board approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Additionally, the company approved a Scheme of Amalgamation where Altrr Software Services Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary, will be merged into TCC Concept Limited. This merger is subject to necessary statutory and regulatory approvals, including from the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai. The financial results were reviewed by M/s. Mehra Goel & Co. LLP, Statutory Auditors.
