TCC Concept Ltd Acquires Pepcart Logistics for Rs. 7.5 Crores, Simplifying Group Structure

TCC Concept Ltd has completed the acquisition of Pepcart Logistics Private Limited, a related party and a step-down subsidiary of the Company, for a cash consideration of Rs. 7.5 Crores. Pepcart is engaged in providing integrated logistics and supply chain solutions and operates as part of the group ecosystem. The acquisition, which simplifies the group structure and enhances operational control, has resulted in TCC Concept Ltd gaining 100% equity share capital of Pepcart, equivalent to 8,21,24,998 number of equity shares. Pepcart Logistics Private Limited was incorporated in April 2016 and has reported a steady increase in turnover over the last three financial years.
