TCC Concept to expand data centre capacity with 60 MW campus

TCC Concept Limited, through its wholly owned subsidiary NES Data Private Limited, has entered into an MOU to acquire land for a new 60 MW data centre campus in Hinjewadi, Pune. This expansion is a significant step towards the company's medium-term goal of achieving 100 MW aggregate data centre capacity. The proposed campus, located in a Special Economic Zone, will cater to the growing demand for AI, cloud computing, and hyperscale infrastructure. TCC currently operates a 4 MW data centre in Pune. The project will be developed in phases, focusing on reliability, sustainability, and energy efficiency.
