
AAVAS Financiers Allots ₹100 Cr Non-Convertible Debentures
Aavas Financiers Limited has announced the allotment of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) aggregating to ₹100 crore. The allotment was approved by the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors via a circular resolution passed on September 11, 2026. These are Senior, Secured, Rated, Listed, Transferable, and Redeemable NCDs, each with a face value of ₹1,00,000. The NCDs have a tenor of 60 months, maturing on September 11, 2031, with an initial coupon rate of 7.60% per annum, payable quarterly. The principal will be repaid in 20 equal quarterly installments. The NCDs are proposed to be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market of BSE Limited. A first-ranking exclusive charge of at least 110% of the aggregate principal and interest is created over identified receivables/loans/book debts.
