Mr. Rughwani brings over two decades of experience in credit and risk management, having held senior leadership roles at prominent NBFCs and private banks. His expertise includes driving lending operations, digital credit transformation, and building high-performance credit teams. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Delhi University.
