Aayush Wellness Declares Un-audited Q2 FY27 Results
Aayush Wellness Limited announced its un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The company reported a consolidated total income of ₹7,061.82 Lakhs for H1 FY27, a 10.61% year-on-year increase from ₹6,384.84 Lakhs in H1 FY26. Consolidated Profit After Tax (PAT) for H1 FY27 reached ₹250.10 Lakhs, up 5.86% year-on-year from ₹236.26 Lakhs in H1 FY26. For Q2 FY27, consolidated total income grew 9.17% sequentially to ₹3,685.67 Lakhs, with PAT at ₹108.48 Lakhs. On a standalone basis, Q2 FY27 total income was ₹2,639.31 Lakhs, a 6.77% sequential increase, and PBT rose 12.57% to ₹135.01 Lakhs. The company also appointed M/s. NKM & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for FY 2026-27.
