Aban Offshore Ltd has announced that its 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be conducted on Monday, November 16, 2026, commencing at 10:15 AM. The meeting will be held virtually through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). In compliance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the company will facilitate remote e-voting for shareholders. The remote e-voting period will be open from Friday, November 13, 2026, at 9:00 AM until Sunday, November 15, 2026, at 5:00 PM, inclusive of both days. The cutoff date for determining voting rights is November 9, 2026.
