Abans Enterprises Ltd announced changes in its Board of Directors and Key Managerial Personnel in a meeting held on March 27, 2026. Ms. Shardul Chaturvedi resigned from her position as Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director, and Mr. Ankit Joshi was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer. Additionally, Ms. Mahiti Rath resigned from her position as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, and Mr. Sahil Gurav was appointed to the same position. Mr. Sahil Gurav was also authorized for determining materiality of events or information and making disclosures to stock exchanges.
