The company has appointed Mr. Ankit Joshi as the Chief Financial Officer and Mr. Sahil Gurav as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, both with effect from April 01, 2026 and March 28, 2026 respectively. Ms. Mahiti Rath has resigned from her position as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, effective from the end of business hours on March 27, 2026.
