ABB India Appoints Suneel Kumar Munaga as New CFO

ABB India Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Suneel Kumar Munaga as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel, effective January 1, 2027. Mr. Munaga, currently Vice President and Business Area Controller (Electrification), brings over 28 years of experience in finance and business leadership across various multinational and public sector organizations. His appointment was recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors during their meeting held on October 6, 2026. The board meeting commenced at 8:15 p.m. and concluded at 8:30 p.m.
