ABB India Ltd Transfers Robotics Business to ABB Robotics India Private Limited for Rs. 1568,20,00,000

ABB India Ltd has executed a Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) with ABB Robotics India Private Limited for the transfer of its Robotics Business on a slump sale basis for a consideration of Rs. 1568,20,00,000. The BTA was entered on March 1, 2026, and the Business Transfer is effective from the same date. The payment of consideration and completion of closing actions are expected to take place as disclosed on January 26, 2026.
