Onix Solar Board to meet Oct 8 for Q2 & H1 FY27 results

Onix Solar Energy Ltd. announced that its Board of Directors will convene a meeting on Thursday, October 8, 2026, at 5:00 P.M. at the Company's Corporate Office in Rajkot. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. The Board will also review the Limited Review Reports issued by the Statutory Auditors for these results. This meeting is in compliance with Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
