Onix Solar Energy: Abhishek Kamdar Acquires 17.13% Stake

Abhishek Ashvinbhai Kamdar, acting in concert with Abhishek Ashvinbhai Kamdar HUF, has acquired a significant stake of 17.13% in Onix Solar Energy Limited. This acquisition, totaling 63,16,486 shares, was made through a Right Issue. Prior to this, the acquirer held 0.08% of the company's shares. Following the acquisition, the total holding of Abhishek Kamdar and PACs stands at 63,36,986 shares, representing 17.18% of the total diluted share capital. The total equity share capital of the company increased from ₹25,07,01,900 to ₹36,86,79,260.
