Abhijit Trading Company Ltd, now known as MALT LAND DISTILLERIES LIMITED, has announced the closure of the trading window for all Designated Persons and specified Connected Persons. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and will be effective from 1st April, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2026. The exact date of consideration of the audited Financial Results will be intimated in due course.
