Malt Land Distilleries Declares Un-Audited Financial Results

Malt Land Distilleries Limited announced its un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30th, 2026. The results, which include both standalone and consolidated figures, were approved by the Board of Directors at a meeting held on August 14th, 2026. A limited review report from the statutory auditors, VRSK & ASSOCIATES, dated August 14th, 2026, was also presented to the Board. The auditors stated that while the results were prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standard 34, they did not express an audit opinion and noted that nothing came to their attention to suggest material misstatements.
