The re-appointment is subject to the approval of the members of the Company by way of a Special Resolution at the ensuing General Meeting. Mr. Shaikh is a Chartered Accountant with 9 years of experience in Direct Taxation, Audit, Accounting, Planning & executing Financial statements & Compliance related to various statutory regulations.
