Abhishek Corp Ltd: Management & Auditor Re-appointments Approved at AGM

Additionally, the appointment of Mr. Prathamesh Mukund Gaikwad as Independent Director was approved, alongside the re-appointment of Mr. Deepak Chaganlal Choudhari as Non-Executive Director and Mrs. Madhubala D.
