Abhishek Corp Ltd Re-appoints M/s Arna & Associates as Statutory Auditor

Abhishek Corporation Ltd, through its subsidiary Mahaalaxmi Texpro Limited, has re-appointed M/s Arna & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as its statutory auditor for a further term of five years. This decision was approved by the members at the 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 30, 2026. The firm has completed its initial five-year term and is recommended for re-appointment until the conclusion of the 38th AGM. The proposed annual audit fee is ₹1,10,000 plus taxes, subject to annual revision by the board. There are no material changes in the audit fees.
