Abhishek Infra Q4/FY26 Results Approved; New Auditors Appointed

Abhishek Infraventures Limited's Board of Directors met on May 28, 2026, and approved the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The board also approved the Auditor’s Report (Standalone and Consolidated) with an unmodified opinion. Additionally, M/s. V. Ravi & Co., Chartered Accountants, were appointed as the Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27, and M/s.
