Trading Window Closure for Abhishek Infraventures' Q4 and FY26 Results

Abhishek Infraventures Ltd. has announced the closure of the trading window for audited financial results for the quarter and year ending 31.03.2026. The closure is in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed for all designated persons, their immediate relatives, and all connected persons from 01.04.2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the standalone and consolidated audited Financial Results. The Board Meeting is scheduled to consider and approve the audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. An intimation regarding the notice of the Board Meeting will be sent separately to the Stock Exchanges.
