ABM Knowledgeware Ltd Reports 16% YoY Growth in Q1 FY 2025-26, Expands into Cybersecurity and Agritech

ABM Knowledgeware Ltd, a pioneer in e-Governance since 1998, has reported a 16% year-over-year growth in operational revenue for the quarter ended 30th June, 2025. The company, which has expanded into Cybersecurity and Agritech, posted consolidated EBITDA, PBT, and PAT of 28 crores, 7 crores, and 4 crores respectively. The Digital Governance segment reported a standalone revenue of 220.16 crores, marking an 8% year-over-year growth. InstaSafe Technologies, ABM’s cloud-based cybersecurity subsidiary, reported a significant increase in revenue and profit. Scanit Technologies, CA, USA, ABM’s Agritech subsidiary, is in its investment phase and is targeting global market development. The company has won the first international Agri- Hackathon and launched a new feature, Scanit Intelligent Reporting, last quarter.
