Abram Food Board Approves FY26 Directors Report, AGM Notice

Abram Food Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 29, 2026, approved the Directors Report for FY 2025-26, including the Management Discussion and Analysis. The board also approved the date and notice for the 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for September 29, 2026. Additionally, appointments for secretarial auditors and internal auditors for FY 2026-27 were approved, along with the appointment of a scrutinizer for the e-voting process of the virtual AGM.
