Abril Paper Tech Ltd. Approves New Premises for Manufacturing Facility, Drops Previous Option

Abril Paper Tech Ltd. held a board meeting on 20th March, 2026, where they made significant decisions regarding their manufacturing facilities. The board decided not to execute the rent agreement for premises in Surat, Gujarat, which was approved in a meeting held on 13th November, 2025. Consequently, the planned additional manufacturing facility at these premises will not be set up. Instead, the board approved the execution of a rent agreement for new premises situated at C-8 & C-9, Shivay Campus, Behind Heaven Party Plot, Puna–Valthan Canal Road, Kosamba, Surat–395013, Gujarat. The company is authorized to undertake necessary constructions, alterations, or modifications at these premises for business purposes. The company will establish its manufacturing facility at the new premises.
