ACC approves Q4/FY26 results, recommends ₹7.50 dividend, appoints auditors

ACC Ltd's Board approved the Q4 and FY26 audited financial results on April 30, 2026, with an unmodified opinion. The Board recommended a dividend of ₹7.50 per equity share for FY2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the 90th Annual General Meeting scheduled for June 26, 2026. June 12, 2026, is fixed as the record date for the dividend, which will be paid on or after July 1, 2026. Additionally, M/s. P.M. Nanabhoy & Co. were appointed as Cost Auditors for FY2026-27, and M/s. Grant Thornton Bharat LLP were appointed as the new Internal Auditor, replacing Mr. Shobhit Dwivedi due to organizational restructuring.
