ACC Ltd Acquires 26% Stake in Amplus Andhra Power Pvt Ltd

ACC Ltd's Board of Directors has approved the acquisition of a 26% equity stake in Amplus Andhra Power Private Limited for approximately INR 53.1 million. The acquisition aims to secure electricity offtake from Amplus Andhra Power's renewable energy project under the captive consumption framework. The target entity, incorporated in 2016, is engaged in infrastructure and renewable energy, with a turnover of Rs. 85.40 Million as of March 31, 2025. The acquisition is expected to be completed by October 30, 2026. The Board also considered and approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
