ACC Ltd Appoints Vivek Paul as Additional Director

ACC Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Vivek Paul as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Nominee Director) representing Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC). The appointment, approved by the Board of Directors via circular resolution upon recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, is effective from October 6, 2026. Mr. Paul brings 36 years of experience from LIC, holding various administrative and marketing roles. He is not related to any existing director on the ACC board and is not debarred from holding a director's office.
