ACC Ltd reported a sustained performance for Q4 FY26 and the full year ended March 31, 2026. In Q4 FY26, the company achieved its highest-ever sales volume of 11.9 MnT, an 8% YoY growth, and highest-ever quarterly revenue of ₹7,146 Cr, up 17% YoY, driven by a higher premium product mix. Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) volume grew 33% YoY with EBITDA up 79% YoY. Capacity utilization significantly improved to approximately 80%. For the full year FY26, ACC recorded its highest-ever annual sales volume of 43.9 MnT and a normalised EBITDA of ₹2,950 Cr, a 22% increase YoY. The company remains debt-free and declared a dividend of ₹7.5 per share. Future plans include 3.4 MTPA capacity expansion in Q1 FY27 and continued progress on the amalgamation with Ambuja. Cost pressures from global volatility are being actively mitigated.
