ACC Recommends ₹7.50 Dividend; Record Date June 12, 2026

ACC Ltd's Board of Directors, at its meeting on April 30, 2026, approved the audited financial results for FY25-26 and recommended a dividend of ₹7.50 per equity share (face value ₹10) for the financial year 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval. The 90th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on June 26, 2026. The company has fixed June 12, 2026, as the record date for determining eligible shareholders for the dividend. If approved at the AGM, the dividend will be paid on or after July 1, 2026. The Board also approved the appointment of M/s. P.M. Nanabhoy & Co. as Cost Auditors for FY26-27 and M/s. Grant Thornton Bharat LLP as Internal Auditors, replacing Mr. Shobhit Dwivedi due to organizational restructuring.
