AccelerateBS Board Approves FY26 Results, Recommends 0.10 Dividend

AccelerateBS India Limited's Board of Directors met on May 28, 2026, and approved the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the half year and financial year ended March 31, 2026. During the meeting, the Board also recommended a final dividend of 0.10 (1%) per equity share for the financial year 2025-26, pending shareholder approval.
