Accelya Solutions India to strike off UK subsidiary

Accelya Solutions India Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved the striking off of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Accelya Solutions UK Limited (ASUK). This move is intended to simplify the Accelya group structure. ASUK is not considered a material subsidiary and had no income in the financial year 2025-26. The voluntary winding up and striking off process will be completed in due course, with an expected completion date of September 30, 2026. The company confirmed that the transaction does not involve related parties and is not a slump sale.
