Accuracy Shipping Appoints Astha Dhanotiya as Independent Director

Accuracy Shipping Ltd announced the appointment of Ms. Astha Dhanotiya as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director and a member of the Audit Committee & Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The appointment is effective from August 13, 2026, for a term of five years, subject to shareholder approval. The board meeting also approved the standalone and consolidated un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Ms. Dhanotiya is a Chartered Accountant with five years of experience in accounting and taxation.
