Accuracy Shipping Limited's subsidiary, A.R.S. Terminals (India) Private Limited, has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) to establish a Container Freight Station (CFS) at Kandla, Gujarat. This strategic expansion is expected to enhance the group's container logistics and cargo handling capabilities. The proposed CFS, with a planned capacity of 5,000 containers per month, will handle import and export cargo and is slated for operationalization within one year. The project involves an estimated capital expenditure of ₹25 crore, funded by debt and internal accruals. At full utilization, the CFS is projected to generate ₹175-200 crore in revenue with double-digit EBITDA margins.
