ACE Edutrend Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window from Wednesday, April 1st 2026 till the completion of 48 hours after announcement of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on March 31st 2026. This closure applies to Director’s, Promoter’s, Officers and Designated Employees (and their immediate relatives) of the Company. The date of the Board Meeting to consider the audited financial results will be communicated later.
