Ace Engitech Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure for Q4 2025

Ace Engitech Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, in compliance with the SEBI PIT REG. 2015 and the Company's Revised Code of Conduct. The trading window will remain closed from January 01, 2026, till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter. This decision applies to Directors, Promoters, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Employees, and other Connected persons under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The date of the Board Meeting for considering the said unaudited financial results will be intimated in due course.
