Acevector Ltd Appoints New Statutory Auditors, Modifies Articles of Association

Acevector Limited announced key decisions from its Board of Directors meeting held on October 26, 2026. The company will appoint M/s. Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP as its new Statutory Auditors for a five-year term from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31, replacing S.R. Batliboi & Associates LLP whose term concludes at the 19th AGM. Additionally, CS Naresh Verma has been appointed as the Secretarial Auditor for the same five-year period. The Board also approved and recommended to shareholders the alteration and ratification of the company's Articles of Association. These changes are subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
