Achyut Healthcare Approves Amalgamation with Zenith Healthcare

Achyut Healthcare Limited's Board of Directors has approved a Scheme of Amalgamation with Zenith Healthcare Limited. The amalgamation, subject to regulatory and shareholder approvals, involves the dissolution of Achyut Healthcare without winding up and issuance of Zenith Healthcare shares to Achyut Healthcare's shareholders. The transaction is considered a related party transaction as promoters are from the same group, but will be conducted on an arm's length basis. Registered valuers have determined the share exchange ratio.
