ACI Infocom: Lokesh Kabra Group Acquires 5.78% Stake via Warrants

ACI Infocom Limited has announced the allotment of equity shares and fully convertible warrants. Lokesh Ashok Kabra, along with Krishna Lalit Kabra, Jugal Jankilal Kabra, Ashok Jankilal Kabra, Minal Kabra, Navneet Kailashchandra Kabra, Monika Bhutra, and Pushpa L Kabra (collectively 'Acquirers'), have acquired 2,50,00,000 Fully Convertible Warrants. This acquisition represents 5.78% of the post-issue fully diluted paid-up equity share capital of ACI Infocom Limited. The acquisition was made through a preferential allotment at an issue price of INR 1.53 per warrant. The total equity share capital before the acquisition was INR 11,04,90,900, and after the acquisition, it is INR 14,24,90,900. The total diluted share capital post-acquisition stands at INR 43,22,90,900.
