ACI Infocom: Open Offer for 26% stake at ₹1.53 per share

Credora Partners Private Limited, acting as the Manager to the Open Offer, has submitted a Draft Letter of Offer (DLOF) to BSE for the public shareholders of ACI Infocom Limited. Mr. Sanjay Natvarlal Mandavia and Ms. Rupal Sanjay Mandavia are making an open offer to acquire up to 3,70,47,634 equity shares, representing 26.00% of the emerging voting share capital, at an offer price of ₹1.53 per share. This offer is being made pursuant to SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011, for substantial acquisition of shares accompanied by a change in control and management of the Target Company. The offer is not conditional and not a competing offer. The offer price and size may be revised upwards under specific conditions.
