ACI Infocom: Sanjay Mandavia Acquires 25.05% Stake via Preferential Allotment

ACI Infocom Limited has announced a significant change in its shareholding structure following a preferential allotment. Sanjay Mandavia and associates have acquired 3,20,00,000 Equity Shares and 10,00,00,000 Fully Convertible Warrants. This acquisition brings their direct equity shareholding to 25.05% of the post-allotment paid-up equity share capital. Including the shares underlying the warrants held by Rupal Sanjay Mandavia, their total holding stands at 13,56,89,004 securities, representing 38.82% of the fully diluted equity share capital. The acquisition was made via preferential allotment on October 24, 2026. The company also noted that the acquirers will form part of the Promoter & Promoter Group and will acquire control and management of the company upon completion of an Open Offer.
