ACME Solar Holdings Subsidiary Acquires Inter-State Trading Licence for Electricity

ACME Solar Holdings Limited’s wholly owned subsidiary, ACME Greentech Eighth Private Limited, has been granted a ‘Category IV’ trading licence for inter-State trading in electricity in all over India by Central Electricity Regulatory Commission, New Delhi. This licence, valid for 25 years, enables the subsidiary to undertake trading of electricity and generate revenue through trading margin. The trading margin is the difference between the buying and selling price of electricity.
