ACME Solar Holdings to Acquire 99.66% Stake in Subsidiary ACME Sigma Urja for Rs. 1,50,00,000

ACME Solar Holdings Limited (ACME) has approved an investment in ACME Sigma Urja Private Limited (ACME Sigma Urja), a subsidiary of ACME, to increase its shareholding from 49% to 99.66%. The total investment will be Rs. 1,50,00,000 for 15,00,000 equity shares at par. The acquisition is a related party transaction under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and has received approvals from the Audit Committee, Board of Directors, and members.
