ACME Solar Subsidiary Executes 450 MW Power Purchase Agreements with SJVN Limited

ACME Greentech Seventh Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of ACME Solar Holdings Limited, has executed two Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with SJVN Limited for contract capacities of 300 MW and 150 MW, totaling 450 MW under a Firm and Dispatchable Renewable Energy (FDRE) Power Project. The project has a scheduled commencement of supply date on 01.03.2028 with a 25-year tenure from the date of SCSD. The tariff for the project is set at Rs. 6.74 per unit.
