Nitin Tiwari Purchases 1,600 Acme Universal Shares

Acme Universal Safezone 9 Limited has disclosed a transaction by its Managing Director and Promoter, Mr. Nitin Tiwari. Mr. Tiwari acquired 1,600 equity shares of the company in an open market purchase on BSE for ₹1,63,200/-. Following this acquisition, his total holding increased from 10,264,850 shares (57.76%) to 10,266,450 shares (53.77%). This disclosure is made in compliance with Regulation 7(2) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
