ACS Technologies Enhances Credit Facilities by ₹30 Cr

ACS Technologies Limited announced that its Board of Directors has approved an enhancement of credit facilities from HDFC Bank Limited by ₹30,00,00,000 (Rupees Thirty Crores Only). This is in addition to the existing credit facilities of ₹48,74,28,000 (Rupees Forty-Eight Crores Seventy-Four Lakhs Twenty-Eight Thousand Only), bringing the total credit facilities to ₹78,74,28,000 (Rupees Seventy-Eight Crores Seventy-Four Lakhs Twenty-Eight Thousand Only). The enhancement is subject to terms and conditions stipulated by HDFC Bank Limited. The board meeting took place today and concluded within an hour.
